Subscription & Refund Policy

TAD Strategic Solutions offers paid intelligence briefs, archived reports, subscriptions, and other research products through this website.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to the products and services described at the time of purchase. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and included products are displayed before payment.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle until canceled.

Subscribers may cancel future renewals at any time through the available account or subscription-management tools. Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Individual Report Purchases

Purchases of individual intelligence briefs, archived reports, bundles, or other digital research products are generally final once access or delivery has been provided.

Because these products consist of digital analytical content that can be accessed immediately, refunds are normally not available after delivery.

Refund Exceptions

TAD Strategic Solutions may consider a refund or replacement when:

  • a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • a technical problem prevents access to a purchased product;
  • the wrong product is delivered; or
  • another billing or delivery error occurs.

Requests should include the purchaser’s name, email address, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

Institutional and Custom Research

Government, institutional, corporate, subcontract, and custom research engagements may be governed by separate written terms, statements of work, purchase orders, or contracts. Those terms take precedence where applicable.

Pricing Changes

TAD Strategic Solutions may change subscription or product pricing in the future. Any changes affecting recurring subscriptions will be communicated in accordance with the applicable billing platform and subscription terms.
